Shipping and Delivery

These delivery instructions apply to all products purchased from Moto Pro Accessories

Where do we deliver to?
We only deliver within Australia using either Australia Post's eParcel service or third party shipping companies like Sendle or Direct Freight Express. We do not ship and deliver to PO Boxes.

Can you pick up your order?
Orders are not generally available for pick up, unless arranged prior to purchasing

How long will it take for your order to arrive?
All deliveries (unless labelled out of stock and a pre- order or back in stock request has been submitted) are despatched within 2 business days and will take between 3 to 7 working days to be delivered depending on where you are in Australia, unless express shipping has been selected, when express shipping has been selected items will take between 2 to 4 working days to be delivered depending on where you are in Australia.

Print order delivery times will vary and we do not take any responsibility for any delay caused by Australia Post

How much does it cost for your order to be delivered?
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for standard delivery, and $12.95 for express shipping, on all orders under $50.
Orders over $50 include free standard shipping Australia wide.
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for express delivery, regardless of what you order, or where you live in Australia.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Australia Post web site. Your order will be distributed by Australia Post and as part of your order communication from Moto Pro Accessories, you will be sent an email with your dispatch confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package.

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business and residential addresses in Australia.

Anyone at the delivery address at the time of the delivery will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. If there is no one at the delivery address, a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office or the parcel may be left in a safe place.

Changing your delivery details
Delivery address details of your order can be changed up to the point of dispatch. Please email us at immediately to advise us of any change of delivery address. We regret that delivery details cannot be changed after your order has been dispatched from our Distribution Centre.
